PLACING AN ORDER ( DOMESTIC - INDONESIA )

  1. Browse in our AEROCULATA shop, click on your preferred piece.
  2. Complete the order form, such as: material, size, letters, and more,
  3. Click “Add to Box” to purchase it. If you have any coupon code, fill it on our “Coupon Discount” box, and “Apply to Order” to get the discount.
  4. Click “Check Out” if you don’t mind to purchase others.
  5. Fill the Customer Information and Delivery Information completely. Check the "Check Out as Gift" for a special warp to your special one.
  6. Then, click “Click to Calculate Shipping” to get your total payment.
  7. We only provided one payment method, that’s by Bank Transfer to our BCA or MANDIRI Account.
  8. Leave your notes to us on “Order Comments” box.
  9. Click “Review Order”, and recheck your order, and last, click “Submit Order” to confirm your order.
  10. We will sent you an invoice and confirmation email.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Please confirm your payment within 48 hours after your order has been submitted. Allow us to confirm you back maximum 1x24 hours.

PAYMENT METHOD

We only acceptable payment via bank transfer to our account BCA and MANDIRI for National payment, and Paypal for International payment.

CANCELING ORDER

Our system will cancel your order automatically if you don’t confirm your payment 2x24 hours after your order submitted. But, we don’t take any responsibility with any reason if you canceled your order after paid your purchase.

REFUND MONEY

We don’t acceptable to refund your money in any case. But if there’s a special case, we will refund it as coupon code.

DELIVERY TIME

1. Domestic : Delivered by JNE and TIKI (for some areas) and it will takes 2-4 days delivery time for Domestic shipment. We will update the airway bill number within 5 days after the jewelry shipped.

2. International : We used EMS, and the shipping time is depending on your location.

PROCESSING PROCESS

1. Our personalize jewelry will needs to waiting at least 2-3 weeks ahead to finished the product. Please order 1 month before for gift. We promise if your product is ready before the time, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible. We really don’t acceptable any rush order, please notice this before you ordered.

2. Our jewelry collection is always ready to ship one day after we confirmed your payment back.

We focused in every piece of our product that would be very special and personal for you, so that is why all of our product is a handcrafted process.

We offers some various main materials: 18ct Gold Plated, 925 Sterling Silver, and 16ct/18ct Fine Jewelry. Our supporting material is made from Stainless Steel: chain, clasp, jumping, key-ring, and more.
